What is PET? What can PET do?

PET plastic is the abbreviation of English Polyethylene terephthalate, full name PET or PETP. Chinese means: polyterephthalate plastics, mainly including polyethylene terephthalate PET and polybutylene terephthalate PBT. Polyethylene terephthalate is also called polyester resin. It is a polycondensate of terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol. Together with PBT, it is collectively referred to as thermoplastic polyester or saturated polyester. Extended information:
General performance PET resin is milky white translucent or colorless and transparent, with a relative density of 1.38 and a light transmittance of 90%. PET belongs to the medium barrier material, the utilization factor of O2 is 50~90cm3·mm/(m2·d·MPa), and the utilization factor of CO2 is 180cm3·mm/(m2·d·MPa). The water absorption rate of PET is 0.6%, and the water absorption is small.
